We have the expertise to perform site surveys to review these exposures and submit recommendations that would protect the interests of the builders, contractors, and/or their insurers and brokers. During these surveys, we ensure that sound loss control practices are being followed at the site. We provide written reports that address site security (fencing, lighting, guard service, etc.), availability of firefighting equipment, training of construction personnel, control of special hazards, control of access to the site, welding and cutting practices, etc.
